Suitable for all fitness levels, each exercise can be tailored to meet your individual needs—whether you’re just starting out or more experienced. Beyond the physical benefits, this class also supports stress relief and mental clarity, helping you leave each session feeling strong, centered, and re-energised.

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin class on time. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and a towel. If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you skip the session. Classes require a minimum of three participants. If fewer than three people are booked, the class will be cancelled, and you’ll have the option to transfer to another session. Thank you for understanding!
