At T-FORM, we strive to create a safe, empowering space where women feel confident to build strength inside and out. We are committed to delivering personalised training that meets every woman where she is and supports her unique goals. Above all, we aim to foster a strong, uplifting community where women motivate, inspire, and grow together.

As a coach, mother, and advocate for simple, sustainable health and fitness, I find true joy in helping women reconnect with their bodies through movement, strength, and self-care. Since 2019, I’ve been based in the Clarence Valley, working with women of all abilities and backgrounds—each on their own unique journey.

I'm a certified Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Pregnancy and Postpartum Training, allowing me to support women safely and effectively through every stage of life. It’s a privilege to guide them in moving with confidence—alleviating unnecessary strain and helping them feel empowered in their bodies.

My passion lies in educating, uplifting, and inspiring women to see movement not just as exercise, but as a powerful tool for both physical and mental well-being. I deeply understand the challenges many women face—whether it’s hormonal fluctuations, PCOS, endometriosis, or the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and societal expectations. These experiences all influence how we relate to fitness, and I’m here to help navigate them with compassion and care.

Matilda is a personal trainer and group fitness coach dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence, and consistency through purposeful training.

Her sessions combine strength training, conditioning, and functional movement to deliver workouts that are both challenging and accessible.
